Job summary

PM Security Solutions Atlanta is seeking a Security Sales Representative to drive growth in the Atlanta market. You will generate new business, build relationships with commercial clients, and tailor security programs to client needs, including guard services, mobile patrols, and event security.

You will manage proposals, pricing, and contracts, collaborate with operations for effective delivery, and maintain an active pipeline in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Proven success in hunting new business and closing deals.
• Ability to develop customized security solutions for commercial clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for security services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, retail centers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct prospect meetings, site visits, and client presentations.
• Generate proposals, pricing packages, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with operations to tailor security solutions based on client needs.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations for onboarding and handoffs to ensure smooth service delivery.
