PM Security Solutions Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Security Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through strategic business development and consultative sales of our security services.

This full-time, hybrid role reports to the Director of Business Development and offers an annual salary range of $65,000 to $75,000. You will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, present tailored security proposals, negotiate contracts, and work with operations to ensure service

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of outside sales and/or business development experience.
• Experience in security, staffing, facilities management, or related industries preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close recurring service contracts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to conduct in-person meetings and site visits.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities within the Atlanta market.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial real estate groups, multifamily, construction, and retail clients.
• Conduct on-site meetings, risk assessments, and presentations with prospective clients.
• Develop customized security proposals and service recommendations.
• Present and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Maintain CRM records of prospecting activity, meetings, proposals, and opportunities.
