Job summary

ADT is seeking self-motivated sales professionals to re-engage previous customers and provide tailored security, automation, and life-safety solutions. You will deliver compelling presentations, follow up post-installation, and actively generate new leads to grow the business.

Base earning potential is unlimited with uncapped commissions; new hires can earn around $105,000 and seasoned reps well over $150,000, with training pay during the first 8 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; additional licensing may be location-based.
• Comfort using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator with ability to consult customers and guide to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers.
