Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking self-motivated sales advisors to visit customers in their homes and demonstrate our security and smart home solutions. You will explain products, tailor recommendations to fit the client’s space and lifestyle, and build trusted relationships in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Compensation features uncapped commissions with potential to earn up to $95,000 for new advisors and over $150,000 for experienced ones, plus training pay and a robust benefits

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are required.
Customer-facing sales experience is highly valued.
Willing to travel within a designated territory using a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the value of ADT security and smart home solutions to customers in their homes.
Explain products in depth and recommend the right solutions for each client.
Visit customers to provide solutions and follow up to secure referrals and new leads.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities to maximize outreach.
