Job summary

ADT is hiring a Sales Advisor to re-engage customers, present tailored security solutions, and drive growth across designated territories. You’ll travel using your own vehicle and build lasting relationships with families and small businesses.

You’ll deliver compelling proposals, conduct post-install follow-ups, and generate referrals while earning uncapped commissions. Training is provided, with earnings potential ranging from six figures based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers; shorter sales cycles and higher conversion rates.
• Provide personalized solutions combining security, automation, and life safety features.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals emphasizing product advantages over competitors.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new sales leads.
