ADT is seeking self-motivated sales advisors to protect homes and businesses across the country. You will listen, tailor security systems, and build lasting relationships while guiding customers to the right solutions. Training supports growth and earnings through uncapped commissions.

Expect a performance-driven environment with travel within your designated territory; compensation can reach six figures for top performers plus robust benefits and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent must be held.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder able to guide customers to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; excels in dynamic environments and learns new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers as a reliable advisor during and after the sale.
• Customize each system to fit client space and lifestyle with security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating sales leads to maximize outreach.
