Job summary

Infisical is hiring an exceptional Solutions Engineer to grow our customer base and ensure a seamless product experience from onboarding to long-term success. You’ll work directly with the CEO, sales, and engineering teams to demonstrate technical value, drive successful implementations, and expand product usage across accounts.

Responsibilities include running proofs-of-concept, guiding onboarding, and serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy with ownership mindset; able to operate in ambiguity.
• Currently based in Central or East Coast US time zone.

Responsibilities

• Run proof-of-concept with leads and guide onboarding.
• Ensure new customers are activated and have questions answered.
• Be a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders.
• Lead demo and discovery calls with account executives.
• Identify friction points and feedback for product roadmap.
• Understand user journey and contribute to UX/DX roadmap.
• Host webinars and knowledge sharing sessions for stakeholders.
• Improve documentation and public facing materials.
