Job summary

Infisical is an open source security infrastructure platform, helping engineers manage secrets, certificates, and privileged access. We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer to grow our customer base and ensure a seamless product experience from onboarding to long-term success.

This high-impact, customer-facing role partners with the CEO, sales, and engineering teams to demonstrate technical value, drive implementations, and expand product usage across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Currently based in the Central or East Coast US time zone.

Responsibilities

• Run proof-of-concept with leads and guide onboarding.
• Be a trusted technical advisor to customers and business leaders.
• Lead demo and discovery calls with account executives.
• Identify friction points and relay feedback to product roadmap.
• Understand user journey and contribute to UX/DX roadmap.
• Host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders.
• Improve documentation and public-facing materials based on feedback.
