Job summary

Infisical is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, demand generation, and brand for developers and technical buyers. • 5–7 years in growth/digital/developer marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience across multiple acquisition channels: organic social, paid, email, SEO.
• Strong data-driven decision making and forecasting abilities.
• High ownership, autonomous execution without a playbook.
• Comfort using AI tools, agents, or automations to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale growth across organic social, paid, SEO, lifecycle marketing and partnerships.
• Build campaigns/experiments that generate measurable pipeline and improve funnel conversion.
• Analyze marketing data to assess performance and prioritize opportunities.
• Help shape Infisical’s market position and brand among developers.
• Leverage AI tooling and internal workflows to move faster and increase impact.
