Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor to manage security operations at a Santa Clara site. The role oversees staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel, ensuring contract compliance and timely incident reporting.

The supervisor coordinates with clients and internal teams to maintain service quality and productivity. Requirements include active CA Guard Card, 1+ year security supervisory experience, and the ability to operate radios and monitoring equipment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training for Allied Universal personnel at the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Minimize overtime as designated by AUS and maintain service quality and contract compliance.
• Inspect personnel performance and provide feedback on shifts.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders support as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
