Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor to manage the security operations at a client site in Santa Clara, CA. The role oversees staffing, training, and on-site performance to ensure contract compliance and high service quality.

The position requires a CA Guard Card, at least one year of supervisory security experience, and strong communication and technology skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have active CA Guard Card and state licensing qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable supervisory security experience.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate communication equipment and monitor consoles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-trained security personnel meet requirements.
• Maintain minimal overtime per DAS guidelines and manage service quality.
• Prepare incident reports and assist in site security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions.
