Qualifications

• Active CA Guard Card required.
• Active State Driver's License with 1+ year driving experience.
• Security experience of 1+ year.
• Intermediate to advanced technology skills.
• Level 1 Certificate (Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force).
• Use of personal electronic devices while on duty is prohibited.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on the assigned shift.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
