Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in Redwood City to oversee a security team on the day shift and ensure delivery of high-quality services at a client site. The supervisor will coordinate officers, report to the Account Manager, and maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing contract standards, and handling routine and crisis situations with calm, customer-focused service. The role pays $32.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must complete background and drug/alcohol testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services at the client site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
