Titan Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee client-site operations, manage a team, and ensure top-tier security services. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and incident response to protect people and property.

Responsibilities include coordinating training, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliant post orders and access control procedures across shifts. The position offers opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized security provider.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years as a security officer or related experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on the shift.
• Report directly to Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure the client site is provided with high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies promptly.
• Develop staff through performance management and recognition.
• Provide a positive work environment by treating staff with respect.
• Coordinate site-specific training and refresher training per Titan standards.
• Maintain logs, shift responsibilities, and patrols; assist investigations.
• Maintain and update operational procedures and post orders for emergency reference.
• Train and qualify staff for assigned posts and understand post instructions.
• Maintain access control procedures and use of systems as required.
• Observe and monitor security cameras and visitor management systems.
