Qualifications

• Minimum one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance to assure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
