Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee a client-site security team and ensure high-quality service. You will manage scheduling, training, and incident response, while coordinating with Titan leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, logging incidents, and ensuring access control, CCTV monitoring, and visitor sign-in procedures are followed. A valid state security license and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of security officer experience; 18+ years old.
• Valid Security License if required by state and a working phone number.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations at an assigned client site on the assigned shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training and development.
• Ensure the client site receives high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through coaching and performance management.
• Maintain a positive work environment and professional conduct.
• Coordinate on-the-job training and annual refresher training per Titan standards.
• Record and review logs, incidents, and investigations.
• Maintain access control procedures and operate building systems as needed.
• Observe and sign in visitors and vendors; monitor security cameras.
• Provide excellent customer service to all on duty.
