The Securitas US Business Unit in Norwood, MA is hiring a Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at assigned client sites. Shift is Sunday through Thursday, 4:00PM–12:00AM; pay rate is $23.00/hr.

The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction. You will train staff, coordinate coverage, maintain post orders, conduct inspections, respond to incidents, and prepare detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Training & Development: Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness.
• Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
• Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.
• Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.
