Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to manage security staff at client sites and ensure adherence to post orders and procedures. The role requires prior supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with security technologies.

Typical shifts run Monday through Friday with a 5:30am-1:30pm schedule, at $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating coverage, and submitting reports and payroll information as designated.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years related security experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver' s license.
• Experience supervising security staff and posting coverage at client sites or similar.
• Comfortable with a variety of security technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff at client site(s) to ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and escalate when needed.
• Assist in payroll submissions and ensure proper coverage across posts.
• Prepare and file required reports; liaise with client representatives to maintain security standards.
