Job summary

Securitas USA in Boston, MA is seeking a Security Site Supervisor for Saturdays 2:30-10:30pm. The role supervises Security Officers, coordinates posts, ensures rounds, and files reports while delivering quality client service and adherence to post orders.

You will coach staff, train officers, assist in payroll submission, and work with management to ensure coverage and safety. A High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience are required; retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of security operations with emphasis on patrol, inspection and response services
• Ability to supervise, coach, and discipline staff; ensure post orders are followed

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel; ensure post orders are followed and reports filed
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document actions
• Train Security Officers and review post orders/details of assignments
• Assist in payroll submission and personnel information
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management
• Prepare and submit various reports as required
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service
• Possibly perform duties of a Security Officer as needed
