Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit in Essex, VT seeks a Full-Time Security Site Supervisor to lead security Officers and staff at the client site, ensure post orders are followed, and maintain safety and compliance on site. The role requires strong supervisory skills, training, timely reporting, client liaison, and the ability to adapt to different posts.

Starting pay is $26.71 per hour with a Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 schedule, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of related experience.
• Strong supervisory and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client site(s).
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; file required reports.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignments with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; meet client representatives as needed.
