Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and counsel as needed.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignments with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission as designated.
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
