Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor for one of our premiere portfolios in Boston, MA. The role oversees the site, maintains a professional appearance, and ensures security operations align with facility policies and regulations.

Position starts at $27.00 per hour. Work schedule may include evenings, night shifts, weekends. Background screening and orientation are required to start. Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Experience in security supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must keep a professional appearance.
• Must remain on post at all times.
• Will oversee entire site.
• Respond to emergencies such as medical, fire, power outages.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and location policies.
• Review and approve reports and logs.
• Maintain effective communications with personnel.
• Provide discipline and positive reinforcement when needed.
• Develop and retain location staff through management support.
• Keep personnel updated on procedure changes.
