Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Dedham, MA to manage the on-site security operations for a client. The role involves overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance with high standards of service quality.

Starting pay is $25.25 per hour, with paid orientation and paid training. Requires security supervisory experience and the ability to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner.
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports).
• Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as necessary.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel.
