Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Wailea Area Security Supervisor to oversee security officers and lead teams at client sites on Maui. The role prioritizes post-order compliance, incident reporting, and consistent client communication.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of security and supervisory experience. A Hawaii driver’s license and flexibility for site coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years related security experience preferred.
• Experience supervising officers and coordinating with client sites preferred.
• Good knowledge of security procedures, patrols, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client site(s) and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct coaching and disciplinary actions with management input.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission to the company.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; prepare and file required reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting, training, planning, directing work, and hiring decisions when needed.
