Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Wailea, Hawaii, is seeking a Wailea Area Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers, ensure post orders are followed, and manage rounds, reports, and client communications.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, with strong supervisory, patrol, and customer-service skills, and the ability to coordinate coverage across posts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience supervising security staff and coordinating posts.
• Knowledge of security operations, patrols, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff on client site(s); ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions and performance.
• Train Security Officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in submission of payroll and personnel information.
• Ensure adequate coverage across all posts and positions; report to client as needed.
• Prepare and file various reports; inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, orientation, training, and hiring recommendations.
