Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in security or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required trainings and screenings are completed.
• Maintain overtime within specified limits.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll duties and incident reports; assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations on personnel actions and respond to client requests.
