Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Pekin, IL to lead on-site security operations, manage staffing and training, and ensure client satisfaction. The role emphasizes contract compliance, service quality, and effective supervision of personnel.

The position offers a daytime schedule (Mon–Fri, 07:00–15:00) with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. A valid driver’s license is required, and leadership opportunities exist as the company grows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all on-site security functions are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or as designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by inspecting personnel and performance.
• Perform payroll, review incident reports, and assist in post orders preparation.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions or commendations.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements and updates to post orders.
