Titan Security Group in Lisle, IL is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a premier commercial office building. You will supervise a team of 5 officers, manage scheduling, and coordinate training to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for tenants and staff.

Responsibilities include incident handling, log maintenance, and ensuring access control and CCTV systems are properly used, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of prior security officer experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid security license if required by state; driver’s license as applicable.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Aufgaben

• Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Report to Marksman / Titan Management.
• Manage a team of 5 security officers/supervisors, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff through coaching and performance management.
• Maintain logs and incident reports; coordinate investigations with Site Supervisor/Director.
• Maintain access control procedures and operate CCTV/visitor management systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
