Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee operations at a client site on assigned shifts in the United States. You will manage a team of 5-6 officers, coordinate scheduling, training, coaching and performance, and ensure high-quality security services for people and property.

Responsibilities include incident handling, post orders, access control, CCTV monitoring, and maintaining detailed logs while delivering excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years security officer experience.
• Valid security license as required by state and driver's license if applicable.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a security team of 5–6 officers on shift.
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure site provides high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies.
• Maintain logs, incident reports and post orders.
