Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee a client site and lead a small team of security officers on the assigned shift. You will coordinate scheduling, training, and performance coaching to ensure top-quality service and safety for people and property.

Responsibilities include managing incident responses, maintaining post orders, and supervising access control, CCTV, and visitor management systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior satisfactory security officer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Security License if required by state and driver’s license as applicable.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on the chosen shift.
• Manage a team of 5-6 security officers and supervisors, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Coordinate site training per Titan's standards and conduct on-the-job training.
• Maintain post instructions and logs, review incident reports, and assist investigations.
• Maintain access control procedures and use visitor management and CCTV systems as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to tenants, visitors and staff.
• Record data on incidents and property conditions clearly and accurately.
• Pursue staff development and a positive work environment.
