Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor for a Shopping Mall – Unarmed role in Costa Mesa, CA. The Site Supervisor will oversee all on-site security functions, staffing, and training, ensuring contract compliance and quality service while maintaining efficient operations and effective client communication.

The role requires supervisory security experience, a high school diploma or higher, and the ability to pass required state trainings.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state training/licensing qualifications.
• Must be 18+ (21 if armed) and able to operate radios/monitors.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security function aspects on-site (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for subordinates.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates.
