Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor for the Greenville, SC area. This full-time role involves managing on-site security operations, staffing, training, and contract compliance for our client site.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory security experience, a valid driver’s license, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be 21+ with the ability to operate a computer or tablet and complete required state trainings.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with the public.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site operations including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Minimize overtime and manage staffing efficiency per AUS guidelines.
• Inspect on-site personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and decide disciplinary actions as required.
• Respond to client requests and communicate effectively with the client site.
