Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Greenville, NC to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site.

You will manage staffing, training, and compliance, control overtime, and inspect staff performance. Coordinate payroll, incident reports, and post orders, while communicating with the client to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security-related industry or an associate degree.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Able to operate radio/telephone equipment or console monitors.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication; problem solving.
• Ability to compile, sort, and interpret data; mediate conflicts.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.
• Nice to have: meets basic qualifications for Custom Protection Officer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated level.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and preparation of security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend positive or negative personnel actions for supervisees.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Recommend security surveys and post orders as needed.
• Address disciplinary actions or commendations regarding security staff.
