Job Description

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a Security Site Supervisor.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services at the site.
• Liaise between clients, management, and security personnel.
• Hire, train, and evaluate security staff.
• Oversee daily security operations and staff schedules.
• Respond to incidents and monitor security systems.
• Maintain records of security activities and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Security experience of 1+ years.
• Access control and badge experience.
• Customer service skills and computer proficiency.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, evening shift: Sunday through Thursday, 2PM-10PM.
• Starting pay: $18.90 per hour.
• Attendance is mandatory.
