About the Role

This role involves supporting the store leadership team by performing assigned functional tasks. You will serve as a role model to employees, promoting selling behaviors and executing tasks within your areas of expertise. Your focus will be on leading processes, maintaining productivity, and ensuring that goals are met. Collaborating with your leadership team, you will aim to model and teach behaviors that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do

  1. Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment.

  2. Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.

  3. Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors by role modeling these behaviors to provide an exceptional customer experience.

  4. Support sales leaders during non-peak hours, focusing primarily on the customer.

  5. Collaborate effectively with employees to ensure work tasks are completed efficiently.

  6. Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.

  7. Assist in completing work before or after store hours, including opening and closing checklists.

  8. Utilize omni-channel strategies to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  9. Ensure all compliance standards are met.
