Position Overview

The Warehouse Building Supervisor leads and supervises staff, maintaining Food and Beverage Warehouse Facilities across the complex. Reports to the Warehouse Area Supervisor and works directly with the team.

Job Duties

1. Ensure Warehouse Facilities open and close on scheduled times.
2. Oversee and train staff on job responsibilities, ice production, delivery, and order processing.
3. Answer phones and radio pages, take stock orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
4. Train employees to perform tasks professionally and interact appropriately with guests.
5. Monitor daily delivery operations and ensure proper storage, safety, and inventory accuracy.
6. Ensure equipment maintenance and report issues.
7. Maintain beverage systems and change kegs as needed.
8. Assist with inventory management across all Warehouse Facilities.
9. Coordinate with management on restocking needs.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Post-employment certification in alcohol service and Food Safety (training provided).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficient with computers, including Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, professional appearance.

Job Demands

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, reach, and lift up to 100 lbs with assistance or 50 lbs alone.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proper footwear required (Steel Toe/Composite Toe, non-slip boots).
• Flexible hours starting as early as 4:00 AM, including evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Minimum 5 days/week, 25+ hours during May-August, and 15+ hours during September-April.
