Job Description

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a Security Site Supervisor.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising security staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Responding to security incidents, monitoring CCTV and security systems, and conducting patrols.
• Liaising with on-site management and staff.
• Establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Keeping detailed records of security-related incidents.
• Creating and delivering ongoing training programs.
• Ensuring safety protocols and policies are followed.
• Handling various physical and environmental demands, including lifting up to 40 pounds and working in different weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years old.
• Security experience of 1+ years.
• Access control experience.
• Customer service skills and computer proficiency.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Valid licensing as required by law.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, evening shift, Sunday through Thursday, 2PM-10PM.
• Starting pay at $18.90/hour.
• Attendance is mandatory.
