As Site Manager, you'll oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, employee development, and client service, driving operational excellence and financial results. The onboarding course supports your success and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in contract security, facilities management, military or law enforcement.
• At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining staff.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations for an assigned client site.
• Manage a team including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and employees.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Ensure reporting and contract compliance are met.
• Communicate staffing needs and assist recruiters in hiring.
