Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Missouri. The role oversees the on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for personnel at the client site, ensuring contract compliance and quality of service.

A state license and supervisory security experience are required, with a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Must be 21+ with a valid Missouri driver’s license and the ability to pass required trainings.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: service in active-duty military, National Guard, or related, or one year supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of security functions on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel assigned to the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform administrative duties such as payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Contribute to productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
