Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Fort Worth, Texas. You will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at a client site.

Responsibilities include coaching, recognizing, and disciplining security officers, acting as a liaison between site supervisors and account management, and ensuring professional service. The role requires strong communication and crisis-management abilities and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must have valid Driver’s License with at least one year driving experience and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of security services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure accurate, timely reports and logs are maintained.
