Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Texas City to oversee a shift and coordinate service delivery at a client site. You will liaise with the site supervisor, Account Manager and Field Operations Manager while guiding officers, providing coaching and enforcing standards.

The role requires strong communication, a valid driver’s license and prior security or supervisory experience, along with PAS TWIC where applicable and a readiness to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting; read operating procedures.
• Valid Driver's License for driving positions and clean record.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline officers within empowerment range.
