Qualifications

• Able to learn new computer programs and applications.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of Protective Security Officers on assigned shift.
• Ensures required training and licensing for the position are completed.
• Appraises, rewards and disciplines employees; monitors performance.
• Reviews shift paperwork for accuracy and corrects discrepancies.
• Monitors payroll and approves payments for assigned staff.
• Ensures service quality and contract compliance through regular inspections.
