Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly; read and understand procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for driving roles.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and maintain customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within empowerment guidelines.
• Prepare written reports and logs; maintain client documentation.
• Maintain exceptional customer service at the client site.

Education
