Job summary

Afognak’s Alutiiq Diversified Services unit seeks a full-time Shift Supervisor for Airbus Helicopters in Grand Prairie, TX. You will lead Protective Security Officers, enforce SOPs, and ensure safety and contract compliance on site.

Role requires 21+, HS diploma, background check, English fluency, and ability to work varied shifts; previously demonstrated security system experience and proficient in Microsoft Office. Potential contract award with LOI in play.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Successfully pass a criminal history background investigation.
• Must read, write and understand English fluently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to learn new computer programs and applications.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical exam.
• Ability to communicate clearly and grammatically.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of Protective Security Officers on assigned shift.
• Ensure training and licensing for the position are current.
• Appraise, reward, and discipline staff as needed.
• Review shift paperwork for accuracy and completeness; correct discrepancies.
• Monitor and approve payroll for shift personnel.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
