Job summary

Allied Universal in Missouri is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.

This role acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers; requires strong communication, coaching, and crisis handling, with a salary of $25 per hour and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in clear handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and provide coaching/discipline within guidelines.
• Coordinate delivery of security services and act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Handle crises calmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
