Job summary

Allied Universal Services seeks an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to supervise security personnel at a Spartanburg, SC site. The role involves coordinating service delivery, acting as a liaison with the customer and managers, and coaching staff on overnight shifts.

The position requires 1+ year of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and computer skills. Starting pay is $23.50/hour with full-time hours and weekly or instant pay options.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Background investigation and drug screen required.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and one year of driving experience.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate client-site technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Supervise site staff, provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure scheduling and reporting tools are used to produce reports and manage staffing.
