Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a designated shift at a client site. You will supervise staff, ensure quality service delivery, and act as a liaison between site staff and account leadership.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, crisis management, and coaching skills, with focus on safety and customer service. The position offers full-time hours, paid orientation, and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Must prepare reports/logs neatly
• Read and understand operating procedures/instructions
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for driving roles
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate service delivery
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers
• Provide coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions within approved guidelines
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met at the client site
• Respond to incidents and manage crisis situations calmly and efficiently
