Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer in California.

The role requires at least 1 year of security and supervisor experience, a CA Guard Card, and a valid CA driver’s license, along with excellent communication and reporting skills. Training includes background checks and a post-offer/pre-employment screen.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• CA Guard Card with training certificates required.
• Valid CA driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 1 year of security experience and supervisor experience.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Read and understand operating procedures.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and professionally.
• Great customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Supervise staff, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
