Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in California to oversee a shift and coordinate the delivery of security services for the client. You will act as a liaison between site supervision, account management, and security officers on duty.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, preparing reports, ensuring procedures are followed, and maintaining high safety and customer service standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure client site operations run smoothly on the assigned shift.
