Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Oakland, CA to oversee a designated shift and coordinate the delivery of security services for a client. The role requires a valid CA driver’s license and prior security experience.

You will supervise officers, communicate with site leadership, and ensure quality service while maintaining safety and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting; must read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
• Serve as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Supervise staff on the shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.
